We have been supporting customers in RoHS conversion since 2004. Our supply base and assembly operations support the assembly of RoHS-compatible product.

Elements of our program include:

RoHS BOM conversion support
Coordination with customers to develop RoHS-compliance support strategies compatible with their requirements
Audit of supply base providing RoHS-compliant product
Coordination of appropriate compliance documentation from supply base
Segregation and specialized labeling of RoHS compliant material inventory and finished goods
Third-party audit support of finished product as needed.

Board-Level RoHS Process

Our engineering team makes recommendations on RoHS-compliant manufacturing processes during the conversion process based on application-specific factors such as material capacitance requirements. Our supply base is capable of supporting a variety of RoHS-compliant soldering processes, giving customers a clear choice in their RoHS-compliant strategy.
